Most Domestic properties have a 5-10 year periodic inspection period. You should be able to find the date of you last inspection and when the next is due by looking for an inspection sticker on your fuse board. It is recommended that you follow these dates to ensure your electrical wiring hasn't deteriorated since the last test, to make sure the safety devices operate correctly and that they are still appropriate for the latest regulations and your home.
